See yourself in joy. As you connect to the joy inside you more often, your whole world will transform to reflect that joy. Heaven will move people, circumstances, and events to deliver joy to you ~ because you are magnetizing joy. The composition, precision and polishing of stone artwork coupled with the intricate delicacy of the butterfly floral design in ethereal onyx looks beautiful only after hours of intense work. In Florence I stood in a pietre dure atelier looking at their arduous technique for cutting and polishing and the sketches for such designs. an intensely delicate yet stalwart mixture of elements to inspire your life. Magnolia blossoms, a tracery of sunset gold lines, flung across a cloudy vellum sheet or glowing pale marble silk. Petals of gorgeous tinted colours ~ lapis lazuli, oyster, grey green and more. Silk panels like a vintage painting unfurled in your atmosphere. An experiential endeavor mixing poetry ~ eternal and ephemeral emotion ~ into a modern tapestry of sophisticated silk. Thus restoring the pure and versatile power of beauty. Anciently a pound of raw silk commanded more than its weight in gold. Wise kings recorded sacred texts on silk and rolls of silk were the luxury and lightweight way to correspond. One discovery is of a jade tablet of pure white, bearing an engraved inscription of 170 characters in the Li style for the Emperor's sacrifice to heaven. Considered the most exquisite material for writing, some lengths were pre-marked with lines in vermilion and more were fashioned by weaving the lines into silk for writing. The 120,000 words cover military strategy, mathematics, cartography and the 6 classical arts ~ ritual, music, archery, horsemanship, writing and arithmetic. The three earliest maps in the world were drawn on silk over 2100 years ago on the basis of field surveys. For a millenium the right to wear silk was reserved for emperors and nobles, only those with abundant wealth were seen with a shimmering appearance, since silk's prism like shape refracts light from every angle. Today silk manufacture makes up around 4% of the fabrics currently produced continuing its reputation for rare luxury. The earliest example of silk fabric, 3630 BC, found wrapping the body of a child. A token memory of angelic ministry.
