From the French sea cliffs above the Atlantic this honey forms in pale gold hives tucked safely from the storms. A creamy soft oyster and Egyptian gold colour, it curls around my mother~of~pearl spoon like salty taffy waves slowly rolling to shore. Giselle, my great grand-mother's family owns and gathers this versatile confection ~
